How do my customers redeem SMC Points in my business? Print

They should inform you that they will be paying by redeeming SMC Points. Once a User redeems a selected amount of SMC Points, a screen will appear confirming the SMC Points redemption.

As a final step, ask the user to show you or a staff member the confirmation screen on the Choose Local San Mateo County app. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the SMC Points redemption and your updated balance.
